All disputes in relation to this Policy will be resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and  Conciliation Act, 1996, in Bhopal, India, by a sole arbitrator appointed by the Parties mutually.  The arbitration award shall be final and binding on the Parties, and enforceable in accordance  with its terms. The arbitrator shall state the specific reasons for its findings in writing. The 

Parties agree to be bound thereby and to act accordingly. 

Subject to the arbitration provision, the courts of competent jurisdiction at Bhopal, India shall  have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters arising pursuant to the Agreement.
